Sophie Weidemann founded Weidemann Firm in september 2003, drawing on her proven expertise in international consulting and development, supporting for managers and their organizations, and 13 years of experience running an institutional economic observatory.
She is supported by a multi-disciplinary team of project managers, consultants, group coaches (horses, theater, serious play), research and IT managers for our online surveys and studies - Crossing View 360° (manager assessment) or Collective Efficiency Barometer.
