The Weidemann Firm was founded in September 2003 by Sophie Weidemann in Strasbourg, France, which is located near the borders of Switzerland and Germany.
Holding a dual Master’s degree in International Business from institutions in Paris and San Francisco, Sophie Weidemann is a consultant, researcher, coach, and trainer. She has worked internationally, notably in Canada and Germany.
She then spent over 10 years as a consultant at the Strasbourg and Bas-Rhin Chamber of Commerce and Industry, where she worked with managers, trade associations, and institutions in the economic and business sectors. The diversity of her clients and partners gave her extensive and solid experience, including industries, business owners, independent professionals, artisans, institutions, associations, and policymakers.
She was also in charge of establishing and leading the CCI’s Economic Observatory, conducting all necessary research for consular decision-making and negotiations (e.g., the implementation of the TRAM or the development of major infrastructures), as well as market studies for organizations of all sizes.
She has authored and published numerous reports and articles and prepared speeches on her areas of expertise for all levels of the organization, including the president, elected officials, senior executives, etc.
Passionate about human development, she has also been working as a coach, mentor, and therapist since founding her firm.
